Take part in a community where we dive into different sport genres and where we work with the body’s limitations and capabilities with a playful attitude.
Our bodies are made for movement. When we move our body, we strengthen its health, not only physical but also mentally. We become happier and less ill. Our energy level will increase, and we will develop ourselves, emotionally and socially. In the SPORT subject, it is exactly the connectivity between physical and social activity which is the catalyst. We will strengthen our bodies and social coherence through plenty of sport activities.

BOULDERING
Raw strength and challenge at all levels
Climbing on SPORT will take place in the climbing Hall Boulders in Odense. We will climb walls up to a height of 4.5 metres, where the whole body is used, so that you get a phenomenal training. The training will be facilitated by our instructor Viktor, who has 3 years of experience with boulring. Boulring is a concept of climbing, where you as a student do not need a climbing harness or any other equipment to climb, but only use your physical strength to cope with the various climbing challenges you encounter on the different walls.

ARCHERY
Precision and concentration
The teaching in archery is performed by Dennis Bager, who is one of Denmark's most successful archers through the times. In his teaching, Dennis will focus on the importance of mental strength. Focus on finding and maintaining calm in stressful and stressful situations will have a central role. Archery is based on the training of your physical and mental strength, which can be crucial for the results.

CROSSFIT
Focus on the body's abilities and opportunities
CrossFit is taught by Maria Larsen-Rasmussen. Maria has extensive experience in physical and fitness training. The aim of CrossFit is to work with one's all-round shape. We must work with a wide range of physical properties, where we have a special focus on endurance, balance, strength, agility, co-ordination, circulatory endurance and precision. Properties that, in conjunction with the other sports on the line, will help to create greater knowledge of your body's abilities and development potential. The teaching is tailored to individual levels, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Yvonne, a former professional boxer, is the instructor for the boxing course. Boxing isn't just about physical combat; it's about mastering your mind.
