Personal Leadership
In Personal Leadership, we will explore what it means to be human. We do this through psychology, philosophy, and the lived experiences of the students. Among other things, we will examine what constitutes 'the good life,' where our self-expectations originate from, and how we can improve our ability to engage with people with different viewpoints from our own and how to resolve conflicts.
Foundation
The subject is a space where we exercise our democratic muscles, and through small activist projects, writing exercises, conversations with each other and with people holding different perspectives in life, we will explore various existential themes.
We explore and discuss various topics such as shame, gender, sexuality, happiness, death, and friendships.
We test different techniques to increase well-being in our daily life, establish good habits, cope with difficult emotions, and resolve conflicts.
We train our critical thinking skills by closely examining the origins of the expectations we feel compelled to meet, and we investigate how these expectations impact us.
Therefore, we are on the lookout for the norms that influence us.

Personal Leadership
I am now capable of speaking in front of a large audience and take responsibility even though I am not always 110% sure what I am doing. But I have the belief that everything will be okay. Best subject ever.

Personal Leadership
In this class I learned how to lead myself by using integral theory. I learned that all things can be turned into something usefull - even my week points. I have become better at forgiving myself and I got lots of tips and guidance for my life.
We will ask questions such as:
- What is the good life?
- Where do my self-critical thoughts originate from?
- Which taboos do I want to break down?
- How can I create the change I desire for others and for myself?
- What is my role within a community?
- What happens when we experience crises in our lives?
