The garden is for those of you who would like to learn something about ecology and agriculture. Here you will have soil under your fingernails and a great insight into organic products and ingredients.

A world of life

In this elective subject, we take the garden and delve into the Earth's wondrous abilities to create life and nature. You will learn how to create a good environment for growing plants, vegetables, and fruit. At the school, we are deeply involved in ecology and sustainability, so you get to understand the plants ' lives in a completely natural way.

The schedule at Nordfyns Folk High School is flexible. That’s why the supply of elective subjects can be seasonally elected. The disposal of the individual teachers does also have an impact on the elective subject that will be offered, as well as the number of enrolled students in each subject.
