Ceramics

The ceramics workshop is a small creative bubble where time and thought disappears. With our hands in the clay, we work together and immerse ourselves in the process from wet clay to finished product. The ceramics workshop is a laboratory where we work together to examine how the clay behaves, and we need to glaze with equal share of technique and intuition, because it is the curiosity that drives the workshop and your own creative process.

You will be introduced to different techniques, so that you can explore and study the pottery world on your own and find out what you think is fun to work and express yourself with. For this reason, you will time receive academic input and typically a regular assignment that can make you feel confident in exploring new ways of using the clay. This course is for beginner as well as experienced potters who want to refine their skills.

It can be difficult to let go of your clay when it has just started to take shape. The workshop is always open to you, so you can use evenings and weekends to immerse yourself even more.
