Active pain prevention training
If you want to have effective, fun, and rewarding fitness training, water gymnastics is a really good choice. It is ideal training for those who need a gentle but challenging form of training. In the water, your joints are not burdened, and the high level of resistance from the water guarantees a high pulse.
You will train your whole body, which increases your flexibility and actively trains pain prevention, as the training takes place in the water. All muscles are warmed up so that you can train both large and small muscle groups. This gives you greater flexibility in your body, which will benefit you in your everyday life.
The schedule at Nordfyns Folk High School is flexible. That’s why the supply of elective subjects can be seasonally elected. The disposal of the individual teachers does also have an impact on the elective subject that will be offered, as well as the number of enrolled students in each subject.
