WHAT'S ON THE SCHEDULE IN THIS ELECTIVE COURSE?

The teaching in Yoga is based on Bowspring, which is at nutritious, gentle and effective form of training.

Bowspring will help you improve posture, and strengthen your joints, muscles, and connective tissue. It will guide your attention out of your head and down towards your body. With a light, playing and informal approach, we will discover our body and learn from it. The teaching in Yoga will provide you with different tools for breathing- and movement exercises, that you will be able to use in our goal of deepening the presence and energy in our body, and reducing potential pain. The exercises in Yoga don’t demand any experience or any type of flexibility in practicing this type of Yoga.

The schedule at Nordfyns Folk High School is flexible. That’s why the supply of elective subjects can be seasonally elected. The disposal of the individual teachers does also have an impact on the elective subject that will be offered, as well as the number of enrolled students in each subject.
