Veganfood

The cooking in Veganfood is based on the ingredients we grow at the school. Vegetables from our own kitchen garden are the main character in the cooking in this course. Our homegrown vegetables make a huge impact on the purpose of the teaching, to find vitamin-, mineral- and protein-rich meals without the use of meat.

The schedule at Nordfyns Folk High School is flexible. That’s why the supply of elective subjects can be seasonally elected. The disposal of the individual teachers does also have an impact on the elective subject that will be offered, as well as the number of enrolled students in each subject.
