The purpose of this streetfood is variants of meals the different kitchens have to offer in contribution to the concept of Streetfood

In Streetfood, you will have the opportunity to study and taste a variety of different cultures. We work with different food cultures and produce food with inspiration from various exotic dishes and flavors. We explore the "traditional” street food meals from all over the world.

The schedule at Nordfyns Folk High School is flexible. That’s why the supply of elective subjects can be seasonally elected. The disposal of the individual teachers does also have an impact on the elective subject that will be offered, as well as the number of enrolled students in each subject.
